Our story
Pro Tyres & Automotive is a family-owned, NZ owned and operated workshop on Whakatiki Street in Trentham. Eric started it with one simple idea: give Upper Hutt drivers quality tyres at prices that beat the big chains, and look after every customer like a neighbour — because most of them are.
Today we supply and fit sixteen tyre brands, sell and fit wheels, and run a dedicated mechanical bay for servicing, brakes and suspension. We'll organise your WOF through our trusted partners, and we'll fit you in the same day whenever we can.

Tell us your car and your budget and we'll give you honest options — not just the most expensive tyre on the shelf. We explain what you need now and what can wait, we'll beat any genuine quote, and every price includes GST. Got a flat after hours or on a weekend? Give us a call.
